Lorri Paster - Sales Associate, Lorri began selling real estate in 2007. So, it's safe to say that Lorri has figured out what works when it comes to home buying and selling. Prior to her career in real estate, Lorri received a degree in graphic design and worked in the graphic arts industry for 14 years. Maggie Graham - Realtor, Originally from Northern New Jersey, Maggie began her career as a teacher at the Dubai American Academy in the United Arab Emirates. After spending four years teaching and living overseas, Maggie moved back to the United States to be closer to family. She started her real estate career with Cushman and Wakefield as a commercial broker. She specialized in office leasing, medical office space, and capital investments. Maggie transitioned to residential real estate and joined the Pam Butera Team. As an agent on the Pam Butera Team, Maggie is eager to utilize her interpersonal skills and real estate experience towards servicing clients. Her world travels and cultural experience help her understand the needs, priorities, and interests of all people. Thus, making each client relationship unique and valuable.
Lauren Rittenhouse - Buyer Agent, Real estate has been a part of my life from day one. My father is in the industrial real estate development business as was his father before him. What can I say? It's in my blood. After graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of the Arts in Sociology and Anthropology I went on to earn my real estate license. Shortly thereafter, I started my career working with my father and became property manager for the FHOR Condominium Association in Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Two years later, I switched gears and joined the Pam Butera Team. I never imagined residential real estate could be this fulfilling.
Nicole Frates - Closing Manager, Nicole graduated from Ursinus College with a degree in Media and Communication Studies. From an early age, Nicole knew that she wanted to pursue a career that would allow her to work with people. After working six years at a local consulting firm, she discovered that real estate was her true passion. Sherry Busedu - Marketing Director, A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Sherry has over 20 years of business experience. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy College. Sherry will handle all of the marketing details for your home including placing your property on several websites to gain maximum exposure, passing along to you all the feedback from showings of your property, and keeping you informed of all the marketing activities for your listing. In her free time, Sherry enjoys spending time with her family.

Maria values continued client satisfaction, and strives to provide the team with outstanding service. MaryKay Lojewski - Stager, MaryKay is a longtime resident of Montgomery County, and as a wife and mother of three she knows how valuable time is to her customers. She began her career in Interior Design after earning her 4 year degree in Interior Architecture / Environmental Design from Syracuse University. She successfully worked specializing in commercial and hospitality design for 14 years at suburban architectural and design firms. In 2010 MaryKay decided to leverage her expertise and started her own business staging homes where she has worked exclusively for The Pam Butera Team. She has staged more than 300 homes with proven results that have helped home owners maximize their selling price, while shortening their time on market. MaryKay understands how difficult and time consuming it can be getting your home ready for resale.
